In late April / May 2015 a team of British adventurers and climbers including two Everest summiteers and a professional photographer / cameraman will attempt to set a new Guinness world record for the highest formal dinner party at the North Col of Mt. Everest @ circa 7,100m (23,293 ft) before attempting their summit bids.
The menu is to be designed by a celebrity chef, prepared and freeze-dried into lightweight expedition food bags. Unfortunately, this technical process will not work for our champagne, wines and spirits!
